- Project entries complete, so that the competitor names database can be set up before the fair.
- School visits should be booked with confirmation to follow.
Tuesday September 18
- Exhibits brought to fair and interviews held, at the Working mens club.
- Judges meeting 12:45pm to 1:15pm
- Rural Schools exhibit setup 1:15pm to 2:15pm.
- Town Schools exhibit setup 2:30pm to 4:30pm.
Wednesday September 19
- Judging only no public access 9am to 5pm.
- Open to public and schools 5pm to 7pm.
Thursday September 20
- School visits 9am to 3pm.

- Exhibits may be collected after 3pm.
